You can choose to view the original email of an individual inbound thread on a ticket.
To view the original content:
- Open a ticket to view its details.
- Hover the mouse pointer and click the More Actions icon (
) on an email conversation. - Click Show Original from the drop menu.
The Original View will display the HTML version of the email in a new window. Ideally, you must click Show Orginal for the most recent thread so that it will include the previous conversations in block quotes.
