View the Original Email of a Ticket in Desk


How to View the Original Email of a Ticket in Desk

You can choose to view the original email of an individual inbound thread on a ticket.
To view the original content:
  1. Open a ticket to view its details.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer and click the More Actions icon  ) on an email conversation. 
  3. Click Show Original from the drop menu.
The Original View will display the HTML version of the email in a new window. Ideally, you must click Show Orginal for the most recent thread so that it will include the previous conversations in block quotes.
